FAQs
Please package your item(s) securely and return them using the shipping carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue store credit. Please note that Forte Deux does not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Eligible returns qualify for store credit or an exchange only. Store credit may be redeemed both online and in-store.
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for exchange or store credit only. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and accessories attached. Items purchased online may be returned in store or mailed back (store credit or exchange only).
Returns on special orders, down products and delicates are not accepted.
Returns for exchange or store credit are accepted within 15 days with the original sales receipt, attached price tags, unused and in their original packaging.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
TOPS AND DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

Your return tracking number is stored in your purchase history and order confirmation email. You can trace your return using that tracking number sent to the email on file.
If you do not receive tracking please reach out to us via email, text or phone and we will ensure you are taken care of.

Returns are processed within 2–3 business days of arriving at our boutique. After each item has been carefully inspected, eligible returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit. Please note that Forte Deux does not offer refunds. Store credit can be redeemed both online and in-store, and you will receive an email confirmation once it has been issued.
